1. I have lost my password, what should I do?

You must go through the password recovery procedure on the Forgot Password page.

You will be asked to enter your registration e-mail address. Then, you will receive an e-mail with the link to set your new password.


2. How can I contact udger.com?

You can simply contact us through our contact page


3. How can I add new properties to Udger.com?

If you believe the data is incorrect and require to be modified, please contact us.
If you need to add additional options or custom data set, contact us explaining your request.


4. How can I purchase access key?

All our services can be purchased directly from our web site using credit card, debit card or PayPal. Please contact us if your business does not allow on-line ordering.


5. How will I receive my access key once I’ve done my order?

Access key is available after the login in the section My Account.


6. For how many servers is my access key valid?

In comparaison to our concurrents you can use your Access key on all your servers.


7. Can I provide the data of Udger.com to third parties?

You are not allowed to provide the data to the third person. In case, you will provide the data to the third person, your access key will be blocked.
