There is the possibility of the settlement out of the court (in Czech Republic ČOI - www.coi.cz 
).
In the case of a dispute between the parties failed to settle directly, there is necessary to provide all the available information to the costumer in paper form or on another durable medium.
In the case of the settlement out of the court the consumer is obliged to comment the situation within 15 working days from the date of receiving the notice of initiation.
