All our services can be purchased directly from our web site using credit card, debit card or PayPal. Please contact us if your business does not allow on-line ordering.

6. How will I receive my access key once I’ve done my order?

Access key is available after the login in the section My Account.

7. For how many servers is my access key valid?

In comparaison to our concurrents you can use your Access key on all your servers.

8. Subscription Refund Policy

All refunds will be posted back to the credit/debit card, Paypal account or bank account on which the subscription was purchased.


Monthly subscriptions are nonrefundable. You can cancel all longer subscriptions. Please contact us.

9. Can I provide the data of Udger.com to third parties?

You are not allowed to provide the data to the third person. In case, you will provide the data to the third person, your access key will be blocked.
